Reporting Copyright Infringement

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please submit your DMCA takedown notice to us at admin@anxietyandadventures.com. We will review your notice and take appropriate action.

Handling DMCA Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material of the removal or disablement
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to respond to the notice and provide a counter-notification

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us at admin@anxietyandadventures.com. Your counter-notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the user
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Effective Date

This DMCA Policy is effective as of May 1, 2024.
